If you really have the passion in you to become a good Esthetician, enroll in these schools and let your career flourish.

Health Tips for Busy People: Healthy Diet & Exercise in the Office

Monday, November 23rd, 2009

Many women’s lifestyle magazines frustrate us by providing exercise regimens for work and then adding: “You can do this exercise in your office!” What about those of us who work in a cube or other small space (with no floor space for Pilates-style stretches) that’s not very private (do you really want your boss to wander by right when you’re doing jumping jacks?). Even if you are cube-confined, you can maintain your health in a cube.

Make A “Health” Drawer

Your filing spaces are your friends. Most cubes have lots of little drawers. Make one of them a “health” drawer. Add a ziplock bag or two with healthy non-perishable snacks in it (maybe dried veggies), a few bags of herbal, non-caffeinated tea (switch over from coffee midday to help you sleep better at night), and a travel-size hand-sanitizing gel for use regularly when there’s a cold going around the office (did you know most colds are transmitted through shared objects like doorknobs?). A decorative canvas bag can store an extra pair of athletic shoes in case you can take a 10 minute walk or stretch break over lunch.

Get Blood Back To Your Brain:

Pop goes the weasel. When you sit in a cube in front of a computer or on the phone for hours at a time, gravity pulls your blood towards your feet. It pools in your feet, ankles, and fanny; if you’re ever noticed your feet looking puffy towards the end of the day, the puffiness may be a side-effect of having blood spending so much time down there! Our arm and leg muscles function as “pumps” to get blood back to the heart.

While you could just do jumping jacks to get the blood flowing back upwards, there are less noticeable ways to get blood moving: If you’ve got a shelf in your high in your cube, keep daily useables (paperclips, stapler) there; getting up regularly will remind you to stretch. While standing lift your legs up at the knee, one at a time, to help get blood flowing. One enterprising woman kept a postcard pinned up towards the very top of her cube wall – and kept an ever-growing collection of postcards that she exchanged every day in the afternoon. The new postcard each day perked her up, and it gave her a reminder to get up and stretch several times a day.

Muscular injury is common in the desk-job world. The Center for Disease Control reports that 92,576 injuries resulted from repetitive motion, including typing or key entry. Make sure to take breaks from the keyboard at least once an hour. Use a wrist support at your computer when you are typing or browsing, Your forearm, wrist, and hand should be on a level, not making a V. The Harvard RSI action group suggests some exercises to help prevent repetitive stress injuries (http://www.rsi.deas.harvard.edu/). If you spend a lot of time on the phone and can’t use a speaker phone, don’t hold the phone by crunching your shoulder against your ear. Instead, invest in or ask for a headset or shoulder support for your receiver.

Drink Plenty Of Water:

Drinking water is very important. It can help you recover from a cold more quickly (though it doesn’t “cure” it), replenish lost fluids after exercise, and assist in weight loss (many people think they are hungry when they are actually thirsty, so make sure to take a drink before diving for the candy machine). Keep a four-cup bottle or thermos near the computer and replenish daily. Don’t overdo though – excess water can dilute important minerals and vitamins in your blood stream.

Make Sure To Take Your Vitamins & Other Pills:

Pill reminders. Do you need regularly forget to take vitamins because you’re busy? Find an attractive, desk-top container to put the bottle in – a decorative flower pot is one option. Something attractive and eye catching will remind you it’s there. This can also work for daily medications, but keep in mind that some medications can be toxic to others or have street-value (many prescribed pain killers), so these are medications that should stay with you, rather than your desk.

How African American Skin Care Products Work

Sunday, November 22nd, 2009

How african american skin care products work is surprisingly just like about any other skin care product.  Skin is basically skin.  The only real difference is the pigment or tone.  Of course, skin problems can vary among ethnic groups.  But the bottom line is that good skin care works for all skin tones IF the product has the right ingredients. So for african american, black skin, white skin or tan let’s see what is safe and effective.

Avoid These  3 Ingredients in Skin Care Products

1. Sodium methyl paraben (any type paraben)

2. Petroleum-based products

3. Chemical bleaching agents

1. Sodium methyl paraben can be found in many skin care products.  It can affect the pigmentation of skin. Also parabens have been discovered in patients with breast cancer. So it is best to avoid these ingredients. Parabens, and there are many different kinds, basically are in a product as a preservative. Parabens have been found in breast cancer patients.  There are safer ways to preserve a skin care product.  I’ll come to that in a minute.

2. Petroleum-based products can be very harmful to the skin. Instead of de-pigmentation it can result in hyper pigmentation (hyper or excessive) of the skin. Uneven skin spots can materialize.  If combined with the above paraben could result in a harmful condition.  Also wood based alcohols, propylene glycol, mineral oil and other petroleum based ingredients can bring out a bad skin look.  Avoid petrolatum in any product, just to be safe.

3. Chemical bleaching agents are often promoted to those who want to lighten their skin tone.  There are safe skin lightening products.  I’ll cover that also in a moment.  Chemical bleaching ingredients can bring much harm to your skin. Avoid them especially if you have black skin or darker tones of skin.

Ingredients that are Safe to Use

*Extra Pone Nut Grass

*Vitamin E (If truly natural vitamin E)

Extra Pone Nut Grass will even out the skin tone especially on the face and neck.  You won’t need very much of it to get good results.  This is a safe and effective skin tone lightener.

Natural vitamin E fights free radicals that damage skin cells.  Vitamin E is an antioxidant that will assist in helping to remove hyper pigmentation or skin spots.

Sebum Balancing With Moisturizers

Sebum is our natural skin oil.  The amount can vary from one person to the next.  The skin in some people is very dry to very oily and/or a combination of the two.  So skin conditions can be different.  But remember skin is still skin.  Usually the problem with skin is much of the time in the skin care products one uses.  For example, as stated above, many accept that petroleum in their skin products is okay when in fact it may be causing the problem you are perplexed with.  Using a quality moisturizer with the ingredients I recommend will give you amazing skin problem relief.  You will have no bad effects.

As mentioned sebum comes from the sebaceous glands.  All skin tones, black, white, tan and any other skin have these glands.  Sebum is there for the purpose of being the natural moisturizer for the skin.  Two more ingredients to look for are jojoba and passion fruit extract.  If you have dry skin, these two will help tremendously.

AntiAging Ingredients

It is a shame but much of the skin products being sold today with the promise of younger looking skin is a scam.  Most don’t work.  And at the best give very poor, if any, results.  Many even cause great harm.  For african american skin or black skin, you DO NOT need any special anti-aging skin care product.  Here is what you need.  Pay close attention because very few people know about this -miracle.

In all my searching and examinations, the best, most effective anti aging skin care ingredient that I have ever discovered that works for all skin types and tones is: Functional Keratin.  When combined with Wakame seaweed, CoQ10 and Natural Vitamin E, new skin fibers and skin cells are produced.   The result is that the skin is more firm and younger looking.

What causes harm to skin cells and other body cells is what is called free radicals.  They basically go on a rampage and hurt other cells.  The antidote is antioxidants found in compounds like vitamin E.  Remember this please, avoid any ingredient ending in paraben, (for black skin especially Sodium methyl paraben).  Avoid all skin care and other products that list petrolatum as an ingredient.  Don’t even think about using a chemical bleaching agent.  Use the ones I recommend.  See my website for my personally tested skin cream. – Margaret Bell

Men’S Fitted Dress Shirts – Learn What A Fitted Dress Shirt Can Do For You

Friday, November 20th, 2009

When buying dress shirts, many men only focus on how the neck and sleeves fit, but that doesn’t guarantee the best look. Although a dress shirt may look fine underneath a suit jacket, a fitted dress shirt is still the best option. Not only will it fit well beneath a slim cut suit, but it will also look great without a jacket. Many times, men will take off their suit jacket, revealing their baggy and sloppy dress shirts. Often times a bad fit will lead to excess fabric and a loose-fitting shirt around the arms, sides and backs giving off a parachute look. There are, however, many shirt enthusiasts and shirt makers who care about the fit of shirt as much as the design but unfortunately even if men are aware of this problem there is a general lack of fitted dress shirts in stores.

In general, there are 3 types of men’s fitted dress shirts:

Slim Fitted Dress Shirt – Sizes of slim fitted dress shirts vary quite dramatically, but usually they are for the smaller body frame. Normal Fitted Dress Shirt – If you are looking for the more relaxed dress shirt choose a normal fit. It works well on all occasions and you will be feeling very little restraints in movement from the shirt. Loose Fitted Dress Shirt – This type of fit is for the fully relaxed fit, usually suited for the heavier man. It gives full free movement and more air.

Although most stores offer these different fit types, sizes vary from store to store making it a hassle to finding the perfect fitting dress shirt. Not only do the shirt sizes vary, but the shirts aren’t made to your specific body so rarely do men find fitted dress shirts that fit them properly. There is a solution, however, to this rather prevalent problem among men and it is the fitted dress shirt. The recommended method of choice would be to get a fully customizable dress shirt, also known as tailored, bespoke, or made to measure dress shirts. This kind of made to measure fit usually involves around 9 measurements of your upper body, but varies from tailor to tailor. Getting a custom fitted dress shirt will result in the most ideal fit and the best look.

A fitted dress shirt will fit the torso as well as the neck and the sleeves will also have a bit slimmer cut. Overall, the shirt will contain less excess fabric and thus eliminating that awful baggy look. Not only will a fitted shirt fit great under a suit jacket with less fabric but it’ll also look great without a suit jacket. With a custom made fitted dress shirt you’ll have the options of exactly how fitted you want the shirt to be, having complete control over the final look of the shirt. All in all, the fully custom fit shirt is your best choice when looking for something that will fit. These shirts are the only ones made entirely for you.

Post Partum Stress Survival Tips for New Moms After Having a Baby

Friday, November 20th, 2009

Post partum is part of pregnancy. It is the 6 to 8 weeks after having a baby. For a new mom These weeks can be a very stressful, challenging and confusing for new moms. Read on for great post partum stress survival tips to make this precious new mother/child transitional period less stressful, less traumatic, easier and more enjoyable for you and your new baby.

As a midwife I put a lot of thought and effort into my pregnancy and birthing experience. My first son was born at home in a birthing pool surrounded by people I loved. But none of my midwifery knowledge prepared me for the first few weeks after having a baby. For me the post partum part of pregnancy was very stressful and physically challenging. I had a long labor; every part of my body hurt and physically I felt like a truck had ran over me. I share with you some post partum stress reducing survival tips that made the end of my second pregnancy more enjoyable.

Arrange help for the household chores.

Stock your freezer with pre-cooked meals.

Schedule chiropractic adjustments during the first week post partum.

Have a good supply of large sanitary napkins and adult diapers in your hospital bag and at home.

Sleep when your baby sleeps.

Don’t be afraid to cry (and don’t worry about it).

Supplement with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are breast-feeding safe.

Every organ and system in your body is under a lot of physical stress post partum as they attempt to return to their normal non pregnancy state. High quality vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are safe for breast-feeding will provide the foundation to prevent post partum complications and result in an overall a better pregnancy experience.Pregnancy, childbirth and post partum results in changing levels of hormones.

After childbirth there is a rapid decrease in hormones that occurs approximately on the third, fifth and tenth day. These hormone adjustments can be emotionally challenging for the mother. You may cry for no apparent reason so let it out and know this is all part of a normal pregnancy post partum. As a new mom post partum be prepared to be exhausted. Take every opportunity to sleep whenever your baby sleeps.I am not kidding!

After pregnancy new moms will experience very heavy vaginal bleeding post partum and regular sanitary towels will not do the job. Most hospitals give new moms cheap sanitary towels post partum. This will also save your bed linen from been destroyed.

Pregnancy and childbirth moves many of your pelvic bones out of alignment (even if you have a cesarean section birth). Use the expertise of your chiropractor to realign your pelvis, hips and back. This will definitely reduce post partum stress and expedite your post partum recovery.New moms get hungry at odd hours and it is not unusual to be too tired to cook. Believe me; you will be too exhausted to keep up with everything post partum. Don’t be afraid to ask for help during your pregnancy or request maid cleaning gift certificates as a great baby shower gift that can be used after having a baby.

Having a new baby is a wonderful time in a woman’s life. Knowing the above plan ahead and think of ways to support yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually ahead of time before you are all consumed with your new baby. I am a great believer in the internal health of the body for optimum health and reducing stress. I highly recommend all pregnant and new moms take a product called mangosteen and mineral. It gives you body all the vitamins and minerals it needs to cope with pregnancy and post partum stress. For more information view http://www.PregnancySuccessCoach.com

Night-Time Skin Care. There’s No Rest for the Weary

Friday, November 20th, 2009
It’s an urban myth that skin goes to sleep at night. So let’s FACE THE FACTS.

There are a lot of reasons why skincare products need to be applied at night. In fact, it can be easily argued that nighttime products are more important than daytime, because that’s when the skin repairs itself.

During the day, skin is bombarded with wind, makeup, pollution, sweating, and all of this exhausts the cells. Why? Because the sole purpose of skin is to protect our bodies from outside insults and contaminants. So during the daytime, the skin is busy defending itself from these environmental factors. That’s why, during the day, we apply products that strengthen, hydrate and protect with skin with antioxidants (topically and systemically) and UV protectors. At night, it’s ready to get ready for another day. That’s the time when the cells renew themselves and need to be activated with key ingredients like retinol; surface repair agents, such as ceramides; and anti-inflammatory agents, such as botanicals. These all work together to create skin that is brighter, more even-toned, and hydrated.

So nighttime products are different from daytime products, because the skin’s needs are different. Many active ingredients in skincare products have a relatively short life, and are deactivated by sunlight. So the really important ingredients—the really good stuff—is rendered useless. So by nighttime, there’s no residual value. Products need to be reapplied. During the daytime skincare products are rubbed off, sweated off, washed off, wiped off. Or they’re completely absorbed. Moisturizers last only 3-4 hours. Medical treatments require application 2-3 times every 24 hours. I’m a proponent of saturating the skin with active and powerful ingredients so that it’s nourished throughout the day and night. Nighttime products are heavier, to restore essential moisture, reduce wrinkles and repair the skin. They provide what we call barrier protection—to prevent transepidermal water loss (dehydration). Then in the morning, your skin is supple, revitalized and smooth. The active ingredients used in nighttime products are better able to stimulate and up-regulate cell turnover so that fresher, brighter, healthier skin can emerge. Nighttime is a perfect opportunity for controlled release of active ingredients over a 4-6 hour period. It is also a good time to layer products which may not be possible during the daytime if makeup is to be applied overtop. Finally, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the importance of cleansing as a part of a night- time skincare program. Many people, I’m convinced, take the short-cut of not removing their make-up before retiring. Our faces are never covered, they’re always exposed to all kinds of environmental pollutants. Cleanse your skin, faithfully and thoroughly to remove the dirt and surface oils. It’s important for everyone, but critical for women who wear cosmetics. Sounds a bit extreme, I know, but you may even want to do it twice. It’s that important.

You may be tired, you may be stressed. But nighttime skincare is important. And it only takes a minute.

The Best Anti-aging Skin Creams – Natural & Safe

Friday, November 20th, 2009

The best anti-aging skin creams encourage and support the body’s natural ability to grow new collagen, elastin, cells, tissue and fibers.  The average anti-aging skin cream contains few if any truly active ingredients.  Rubbing a little animal collagen on your face will not produce results.

One of the best anti-aging skin creams on the market contains Cynergy TK, which has been clinically proven to stimulate the growth of collagen, elastin and new skin cells.  Slowly but surely, wrinkles disappear as the levels of these things increase.

Skin’s Building Blocks

You see, a couple of different kinds of protein are the skin’s “building blocks”.  One is called keratin.  An anti-aging skin cream may claim to contain keratin, but if it is not manufactured properly or comes from the wrong source, it cannot be absorbed through the pores and used by the human body.

Cynergy TK contains “functional keratin”, created through a patented process that is readily available for use by the skin.  You won’t find it in the big name brands that are often advertised as the best anti-aging skin creams.  You have to really look for it.

Another prime ingredient for an anti-aging skin cream is Wakame.  Wakame is a specific type of Japanese sea kelp or algae, whichever you prefer to call it.  It is rich in calcium, sodium, iron, potassium and many of the B vitamins.

It is cultivated throughout Japan as a food and was used traditionally by women there to keep their faces looking young and smooth.  Recent laboratory analysis has revealed that a component of the kelp inhibits the activity of hyaluronidase.  That’s an enzyme that breaks down one of the skin’s protein building blocks, hyaluronic acid

.

The best anti-aging skin creams contain wakame, because when used regularly, it increases the skin’s protein levels to that of a much younger person.  Also, it is a fine antioxidant.

Antioxidants

Antioxidants destroy free radicals that are responsible for changes in the cellular structure that result in wrinkles and even skin-cancer.  It is a relatively new idea to include antioxidants in an anti-aging skin cream.  Our daily vitamins contain them, but apparently that’s not enough.

The best anti-aging skin creams contain a number of antioxidants, including wakame, co-enzyme Q10 and vitamin E.  They have to be manufactured specifically for this purpose, or the body cannot use them.

Nano-lipobelle is created in such a way that it will penetrate through seven layers of skin.  It contains both COQ10 and vitamin E in a special emulsion created specially for use as an anti-aging skin cream.

Ingredients to Avoid

Briefly, let’s look at a few of the things that an anti-aging skin cream should not contain:

-alcohol because it is drying.

-fragrance because it can be irritating.

-sunscreen because it alone does not reduce the risk of skin cancer and some compounds are hazardous.

-parabens because they cause cancer.

-paraffin wax or mineral oil because they clog the pores and strip natural oils, leading to dryness.

There are other ingredients that should be avoided.  The best anti-aging skin creams contain safe and all natural ingredients, because whatever you rub on your face, eventually ends up in your bloodstream.  If you need help see author box below.

Manly Men Skin Care Products – It’s Just Good Business Sense

Thursday, November 19th, 2009
For too long, the concept of “men skin care products” has been placed on the back burner. For most men, other things just seem to crowd out the idea of “skin care”. The idea of natural skin care for men seems almost sissy. Au contraire mon frere! A face-full of healthy skin is a commodity you can’t afford to waste.

So here’s what I’ll do for you. You can read this article, and get practical how-to advice about men skin care products and no one will know! It will be our little secret.

Close the Sale

Most men have this mistaken idea that men skin care products consist solely of soap, shaving cream, and some aftershave or cologne. The phrase “skincare” conjurs up images of women with cucumber eyes, trying to keep their skin feeling soft and pretty. But what man really cares about “soft and pretty” skin?

But I know a lot of men who care about first impressions. They care about being able to close a high-end sale, or confidently lead a group of associates, or give killer-presentations. They care about RESPECT. And respect is harder to attain when you look like your 14, but your really pushing 40. And those little red dots sprinkled on your face and neck certainly don’t help your case.

Believe it or not, but a good skin care regimen is actually more important for a man than it is a woman. Women don’t regularly take a sharp blade and scrape it across their cheeks, chin, and neck. That constant irritation can make skin itchy, red and irritated. Throwing on those alcohol-based aftershaves and colognes afterwards can make things even worse.

Talk about a solid return on investment! That 30 seconds you take in the morning and evening to properly care for your manly man skin will pay you dividends on your overall health, and your ability to “wow” at those first oh-so-important impressions.

A man with a healthy, young-looking complexion (but with an experienced face) is going to feel more confident about that getting promotion, or delivering that effective sales-speak to potential customers. Give yourself an emotional and physical edge on your competitors.

Go Below the Radar

Although they are an absolute necessity in order to nurse razor-burned and irritated skin back to health, high-quality men skin care products are very difficult to find. I say “high-quality” because most of the men skin care products being offered are not specifically designed for the unique needs that a man has.

You might as well be putting cucumbers on your eyes too…because your getting the woman’s formula in a new package. If there are any changes at all, it’s most likely just a new scent. At least they’re smart enough to figure out that YOU don’t want to smell like lavender.

If, by some miracle, the products were different, I would still not recommend that you use them. Why? Because they are full of chemicals and petroleum-by products that don’t help your skin, and are even worse for your total body’s health.

You need natural skin care for men. You need men skin care products that contain healthy ingredients to effectively soothe, and moisturize your skin, nullifying the effects of daily shaving.

What are the ingredients you should look for in your natural skin care for men products? Brazilian Babassu wax (as opposed to cancer-giving paraffin), and witch hazel. Both of these act to relieve both the razor burn that you have and the dryness and itching.

Natural skin care for men should always include these two ingredients, the witch hazel especially. Look for naturally processed witch hazel, not synthetically re-created.

You should also be on the lookout for Capuacu butter as an ingredient, because it is also especially good at treating dry, itchy, inflamed skin. It has even been proven powerful enough to be helpful in healing eczema.

As a rule, if the product you’re using isn’t produced by a company that includes all-natural ingredients as part of their mission statement, move on. Go below the radar, and use natural skin care for men products from companies who are smaller in scope.

In my experience, if the huge mega-skin care companies would spend just half of their marketing budget on research and development, their products would be infinitely higher-quality.

Your Bottom Line

In this economy, it’s important to make the best impressions on your customers, boss, and coworkers. Everyone’s skin (including mine) could use something. If you don’t eat healthy foods, your body will remain unhealthy. If you don’t use men skin care products that are healthy, your skin will remain blotchy, irritated, and wrinkled.

Taking 1 minute a day to attend to your skin’s needs is an incredibly simple way to boost your confidence, and maybe even your bottom line. To see the specific ingredients you should look for in your natural skin care for men products (including more details on the ones I’ve already mentioned), and where to find them, visit my website hyperlinked below.

11 Health Tips

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

1. Relish your food. Time is a luxury many people don’t have today. As a result, you have people rushing about their dinners, eating in front of the television, grabbing a few pieces of toast for breakfast and the like. This just won’t do. By taking some time and chewing your food properly, you will be able to make sure that your digestion works efficiently.

2. Walk more often. Whenever you walk, you are actually exercising. When you have enough time, you might want to walk instead of ride. Why, with the ever-increasing costs of gasoline today, this activity might help you save some cash as well as give you the exercise you need. It is said that an average of 10,000 steps daily should help keep you fit.

3. Relax. Stress plays a key role in the degeneration of cells. If you want to keep looking younger, you should smile more. Learn to enjoy life. When you learn how to manage your life better and avoid stress, you will find that you have better health. Now that’s something everyone wants.

4. No such thing as a six-second exercise. A lot of people are spending hundreds of dollars on machines that claim to exercise a person without doing any work. However, you should realize that there’s more to exercise than muscle training. Using a machine to tone your abs won’t work if you keep accumulating fat. You need to have cardiovascular training in order to truly use energy efficiently. You need to perform some sort of vigorous exercise which leaves your heart pounding and you nearly out of breath for more than 15 minutes at a time.

5. Be informed. Most people suffer from malnutrition simply because they turn to all the wrong solutions for their health problems. Before following a diet regime or buying a new gadget, you should really read up more on what is good for you. This includes food substitutions and get-thin-quick schemes.

6. Eat fresh and organic. Whether it comes to meat or veggies, you need to stop going for what’s quick and start eating what’s right. Fresh produce not only produces healthier meals, it also tastes the best. Don’t you think that eating food full of chemicals with names you can’t even pronounce can be just a wee bit dodgy?

7. Be active. Life is too short to waste sitting in front of the television. Be more active. Engage in some sort of activity where you actually have to move. Whether you are taking up rock climbing, martial arts, dancing or even if you just go out and buy an eye toy or a Wii, you should at least try and utilize all those muscles. If you are a retiree, you should try and take up tai-chi or some other activity which requires you to move all your muscles.

8. Set a goal. Whether you are attempting to lose, maintain or gain weight (yes, sometimes, it’s better to gain weight than lose weight., you need to set a goal for yourself. Goal-setting will enable you to keep your motivation up, as it will show you what sort of progress you are actually making. Motivation is very important in keeping fit. Are you familiar with the phrase “let yourself go”? Well, that’s what really happens. When you let go of your motivation, you let go of your willingness to be fit.

9. Cut back on vices. Did you know that 30 minutes after you quit smoking, your heart rate improves, your blood pleasure lowers and your breathing becomes easier? Smoking will kill you. If you want to improve your health just quit smoking. A glass or two of wine after a meal will definitely help you improve your heart rate. More than that, however, will just be equal to consuming empty calories.

10. Get help. You need some sort of support system in order to help you achieve your goal and keep on track. You might want to turn to a personal trainer, but that would require you to spend some cash. You should, instead, try to go to a friend or your family. Doing this will enable you to have a more personal contact with your support system and help you keep motivated.

11. Start today. It’s all well and good to plan, but if you want to get healthy you had better begin immediately. Start being active today. Take action right now. Whether you drop that potato chip or go out running it does not matter; just do it right now. Procrastination only begets more procrastination and you never know when it might be too late.

These tips should help you make sure that you lead a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle will definitely help you lead a happy life. It’s a simple equation that doesn’t require a rocket scientist to figure out.

Learn About the Best Anti Aging Skin Care

Don’t buy anti aging natural skin care products, until you get some education. The best anti aging skin care products are safe and contain nothing harmful, but the ones that you see in the department stores and on TV are simply not the best. They’re not even very good.

Most anti aging natural skin care products rely on advertising, fine print and the consumer’s lack of knowledge to sell their products. That’s why they are always coming out with something new and improved.

They cannot rely on their effectiveness and reputation. Manufacturers of the best anti aging skin care rely heavily on research and development, so that they can be sure to have high quality ingredients that will keep their customers coming back for more.

Regulations concerning advertising and marketing, as well as labeling, are lax, to say the least. A company can say that it provides anti aging natural skin care products and still include harmful chemical preservatives and cheap components that actually do more harm than good.

Paraffin wax and petrolatum for example are common ingredients in the so-called best anti aging skin care systems. Bovine collagen is also used as well. Many people are allergic to these compounds.

Paraffin wax, petrolatum and other petroleum or mineral oil derivatives clog the pores and destroy the healthy pH balance naturally found in the skin’s layers. One company that claims to offer the best anti aging natural skin care for around the eyes uses paraffin wax. When used at night, it irritates the eyes, disturbs sleep and you end up looking worse in the morning than you did the night before.

Another, of the so-called anti aging natural skin care products contains a compound that was recently classified as possibly carcinogenic. A compound may be naturally occurring and still be unsafe.

The best anti aging skin care system combines dietary, lifestyle factors and nourishing supplements that we know are safe, because we eat them every day. Unless, of course you happen to be allergic to food stuff like avocados, you should be perfectly safe.

When we talk about dietary factors, we just want you to eat right. A complete guide to eating healthy would take a book to write. Lifestyle factors have mostly to do with the sun. Proper nourishment applies to both and there are special anti aging natural skin care products that provide specific nourishment applied directly.

The best anti-aging skin care creams contain antioxidants, including wakame, co-enzyme Q10 and vitamin E. They have to be manufactured correctly or the body cannot use them.

H EQ10 is a specially formulated combination of naturally occurring vitamin E or alpha-tocopherol and Coenzyme Q10 that has been shown in clinical studies to penetrate deeply through many of the skin’s layers. Only the best anti aging skin care products contain these antioxidants in the right form and the right content to be effective.

This is by no means everything that you need to know before you go shopping for anti aging natural skin care products. It’s just enough to get you pointed in the right direction.
